You can basically learn to cook by binging on Food Wishes. His format in every video is always the same, so you get this very methodical explanation. He also has sayings that will stick with you, and he never shows his face in the video, just the food and his hands.

Sam the Cooking Guy is good for watching an utter moron hurt himself while trying to impress his kids with his low-level skills.

Guga makes the best food porn.

Alex the French Guy is pretty cool, he has a lot of fun, but his a little less informative and more of a nerd.

Not a cooking channel per se, but I like The Pizza Show on Munchies.

A lesser known one, but I like TatyanasEverydayFood. She's pretty and sweet and Russian-American.

Stefan is the best foodtuber. I know a lot of people on here have these kinds of opinions, but who else shows you step-by-step Escoffier recipes? Who else travels to all the different regions of France showing you how rich and diverse French cuisine is? How else are you going to learn that French cuisine is no enigma but rather a small collection of techniques that makes any reader a better all-around cook?

Just start with the Boeuf Bourguignon and keep watching until you realize how fucking stupid you were until you started watching Stefan.
