EAT YOUR FUCKING OATS SON! You want gains don't you? I find over-night oats are good, don't let incels scare you away from them.

Otherwise boiled eggs stay good overnight and are easy to make. Also protein shakes are good as well.

>Egg Mcmuffin
This. Prep a small egg custard ramekin with raw egg, slice of deli ham, sprinkle of parsley or onion, slice of cheese. Microwave while you toast your muffin. Bacon can be microwaved too, or you can reheat a muffin. There are mapley egg mcmuffins, as well as sweeter corn muffns if you want to mock up a "mcGriddle"
Instant grits in a microwaved bowl, layer on a raw egg over a pat of butter, handful of grated cheese, microwave again on 50% power while you shower. It needs time to cool down.

I actually adore a cold egg salad sandwich breakfast. I make a salad with green and black olives, and I'm sure it's 50% olives, with lots of celery leaves, green onion, mayo, bit of mustard powder paprika to bring in the deviled egg flavors. Sometimes I go curry style with mango chutney, cilantro, curry powder. Good egg and chicken salads make it easier to pair a really hearty whole grain or nut bread. Schmear your salad ona toasted bread in the morning, or make a wrapped in plastic sandwich the night beforehand.

You can prep a bowl of avocado. Marinate in onion, olive oil and lime juice the night before, paying plastic on the surface and get it cold and refreshing. Enjoy on toast.

Overnight oats are great, buy some cheap Aldi mueslix brand, spoon over some greek yogurt, nuts, and fruit at bedtime, and just ennjoy the next morning. A carafe of cold brew coffee is easymode to make iced coffee, or buy a brand like Stok, just add your ice and half n half.

Smoothie a day. Get a bottle of protein powder, wheat germ, chia, or all bran cereal, add chunked frozen fruit or banana, greek yogurt, blend with milk if you need help thinking it, add crushed ice. Get a bit glass and straw.

why are you still eating breakfast food for breakfast? if you want gainz you need to switch to dinner type meals like steak and potatoes or a bacon cheese burger. Also buy some cargo shorts so you can keep a half dozen hard boiled egg on you at all times and much on them throughout the day

I don't understand why oats are so popular in fitness. If you lift heavy weights you need a lot of calories. Oats always felt so low in calories for me.
I eat porridge for breakfast sometimes only because it's a healthy meal but never before gym because they are so light.

fatty detected, also if you actually want to gain muscle you have to eat a silly amount of food... i'm talking like 3500 to 5000 cal which is actually hard to achieve if you're not paying attention and it can't just be sugar and carbs, you need protein and fats

A frittata loaded with vegetables and some meats.

>quick
You can make a whole frittata at night and divide it into slices for daily breakfasts. It reheats well.
>actually filling
It's high in protein and fats. The most satiating macronutrients.
>NOT porridge
It's not porridge.
>preferable egg based
It's entirely egg based. It's also based.
