The worst I've seen is little locking things on shopping carts, if it goes out of range it'll lock up. That happened to me once innocently when I purchased some stuff from a local grocery store and then figured to myself, why carry this stuff, when I can cart to the liquor store like 100 yards away in the same area, as soon as got out of the parking lot it locked up. Yo, I have a greenwise in my city and it is less than a five minute bike ride from me (about the same as driving, but cozy).

I have finally stopped going to walmart. Depending on how rural maybe. I live in NC in an area where trailer parks are normal and a lot of areas are fairly rural, but you still have higher populated areas that aren't really suburbs and those blacks are definitely worse. At some point, they crunched the numbers and did the math and came up with formula for profit that says "so long as X number of people come thru the door and they spend at least Y number of minutes inside then they will most likely purchase Z dollars worth of merchandise". That's their model. They are not trying to entice you to come inside. They are trying to make you miserable enough that you will willing spend $5 to get the fuck out. Why? Why not entice and keep you longer? Because parking lots are finite. Every loitering customer who isn't buying is taking up space better served by someone who will buy. Get the fuck out.
