You are wrong. Here's how to really top a pizza. I'll take it as granted that you've got the cheese and the tomato sauce on it. Here's what you do. You get the following:

Four different kinds of Italian deli meats.
Olives; black and green.
Anchovies
Capers
Caperberries.

Now the trick is to shred all of these up finely into small chunks, some tiny, some larger, but essentially, you want to have every ingredient evenly spread over the pizza without having one ingredient overpower the others. That way rather than bite onto the pizza and have all the meat slide off or such, it's all integrated together.

Cook it correctly and then, right before serving, get a big load of rocket and fresh basil and press that onto the pizza; uncooked, making sure it's sticking into the cheese and such. That there will be a fantastic pizza.
