I want to cook a three course meal nice for my gf from Kuwait. She likes pizza and cheese so I was thinking of coquilles st jacques for an appetizer, and creme brulee (just so I can impress her with a blow torch), what should I cook as a main?
I would idealy like to pair this with a red wine (shiraz? I don't know wines very well). Honest question, will red wine give me erectile dysfunction?

unironically, pizza seems way to hard to make a good one. we are going to a island town and I want to use fresh local ingredients.

Any idea what other ingredients you may have access to?

Unless her brother is coming along i'm assuming religious adherence isn't an issue

Apparently the island's "Angus, Limousin and Friesian" from a certain butcher is very good. But steak seems just as complicated (how to adapt to different temps depending on taste, practicing the recipe will be pretty expensive)

Nah, it's just her and she's not super religious.
