Yakitate!! Japan was the first real cooking anime. They did reaction shots better than anything that followed it. It was full-on shounen action with long arcs, friendship and skill development but with cooking. Monaco arc best arc. I hope people can still find a way to watch this masterpiece and learn the Joy of Baking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_srPS_HbWg
