I feel like, poop jokes aside, I conduct myself in a reasonably civil manner at all times. I’m helpful when I can be and I don’t use anonymity to let my id run amok without consequence. I think when some people see that I’m using a name/trip they feel like I’m threatening their cavalier anon lifestyle. But to answer your point, the luger is toggle action. The makarov being straight blowback means that the slide and barrel are two moving pieces, meaning you can pull back the slide, and open a beer between the lower frame and fixed barrel. The luger also has a fixed barrel, but all the action is in the toggle lock out back, so no reason to have the bottle-opening frame that far forward.

Since there are no shear edges that I see, along with not wanting to fuck that nice thing up, I guess look for another gun or way to do the parlor trick instead of using your luger.
