Yes, calories in, calories out. Having about 300 a day with say, three meals of 500 brings you under 2000. Add in calorie loss from exercise and you're fine.

oh ya there was a sign on every gas station that had an rc cola and moon pie advertised just like that in the 50s and 60s midwest. was actually a very successful ad campaign imo. paled in comparison to what coca cola and pepsi was doing though. i dont think it was marketed as a meal though op is just a retard
