Serious Friday's night talk. What's the best pizza toppings ?

For me : mozzarella, gorgonzola, Ricotta, Parmigiano, Robiola, capers.

Wood fired oven of course.

chop up the mozzarella and leave it in a strainer to dry. you can add a weight on top to squeeze it. Also increase oven temp.
