dae use cheap tomato sauce for their pasta and add pic related to their pasta for the meat and a fuckton of cheap parmesan after plating. Great Value or Aldi's brand, I'm not a millionaire who buys Kraft sorry I'm not fancy enough

It is parmesan cheese. It's not Parmigiano Reggiano by DOP standards, because it's of cow's milk. It's not even UWisc cheese standards because it's shit. It's still good on your standard spaghetti, pizza, or lasagna though.

Ugh. A block of really good Parmesan isn't even that much more expensive than bottom-barrel Kraft "Parmesan" / cellulose flakes.
