yeah but a 12 pack of local brewery flagship beer will always go over better than some redneck trash. There is literally never a situation where Bud is a good purchase.

You act like there is no middle ground between NEIPA 4 packs and watery macro beer, when this area makes up the massive majority of craft beer sales. Bringing a 12 pack of something like Oberon, or Gumballhead, or Spotted Cow, or whatever your region's go to beers are is always going to be better for a summer outdoor gathering than bud

We used to sneak those into places where bringing your own alcohol was prohibited by sticking 'em inside our pants with the top of the bag concealed by our shirts and jackets. Then when someone needed a refill we'd just open our fly, pull out the nozzle and fill the cup. Sure, it looked like we were pissing into the cup and the bag itself made you look like you're kinda fat, but I don't think any of us ever had our wine confiscated since they usually just check your bag when you enter a music festival.

Budweiser is afgordable beer, that’s readily available, that doesn’t taste atrocious.
A 40 oz. bottle winds up being about $4 including tax.
And when you buy it by the case(ie. 24 bottles) it usually comes out to about $.70 or $.80 a 12oz bottle.
Personally, I find Colt 45 tastes better, and costs about the same.
Basically though, Budweiser is the McDonalds or Pepsi of beer.
Readily available, and affordable.
