i like ham, cheddar cheese, and broccoli in my omelets, but i never flip it properly so it always ends up with scrambled eggs instead.

How is that a pizza omelette???
Sometimes if I have leftover ingredients after making pizza, I'll put tomatoes or tomato sauce, mozzarella, and leftover toppings on an omelette and make an actual pizza omelette

It's scrambled eggs, except you don't stir it in the pan, so that it will form a layer. Then you fold it in half. I recommend adding green onions or shallots; ham, sausage, or bacon; tomatoes or salsa; and lots of cheese. I recommend the exact same things in scrambled eggs.
