God knows what's in their meats and breads, subway is ok if you are transitioning from fast food to eventually making most of your food yourself, but otherwise it's one of my last options, even though it's a 3 minute walk dow the street.

Plus, it's not really a good idea to shop at national chains, better to put that money into local mom n' pop places or chains.
