What new foods have you introduced people to? How did they react?
I introduced my sister to kakigoori (Japanese shaved ice) which she went fucking crazy for.
I took my brother to try okonomiyaki which he had never heard of. He really liked it!
I've just shown my coworkers masala dosa, which none of them had ever heard of and they are excited to try.
Sharing good food is fun!

I used to live and work in Kansas City. One time I tried to get my team to a Middle Eastern restaurant for lunch. Four out of fifteen people had never had such food before, and were too scared to try it, so they got burritos from a nearby place instead and then sat down with us.
