I want a strong flavor as well as a paste texture so it can melt into the food. Dipshits on /ck/ act like the salt+chop method is fine for making paste but I guarantee I can use a garlic press and clean it before you get a smooth paste with just chopping. You're not Gordon Ramsay, fuck off.
