Sometimes less is more.

Example, a chicken fried steak is a delicious meal, and it's made from a lower cut of steak, CUBE steak. You could prepare a very expensive piece of steak in the same way, but it wouldn't be nearly as good.

A coney dog would not be great with a higher quality sausage, it would ruin the point and not mesh well with the chili sauce.
