It's a burger, but not a sandwich. This burger is very lean and crispy, with beefy patties and an ample helping of mayo. It's definitely not thin, but it does have very crispy outer crust and a creamy center. That's not to say it won't suck or be hard…it's not. The patties are perfectly chewy and have a deep brown color with a sweet, slightly peppery bite for both meat and vegetables.

The flavors come together nicely. It's a healthy burger at its best — and then some. If you like to spend a good amount of time in the park it's easy. If you're in the market and want something a bit more refined, the burger on the left is the same size and the steak on the right is about the same size as well. The one-pound meat/patties are slightly less lean, which should be helpful with vegetarians, but it doesn't affect the flavor.

What's this meat thing?

It comes across to me more as a result of the patty's thickness. One pound of ground beef usually gives you a bit of a burger-like feel. You'll still be able to find the "pockets" of browned on meat on the side, but there's about two-thirds
