You can make 4-6 cookies at a time, cook some bacon in it, slowly make dried fruit with it, make some quesadilla's with it (If you don't want to use a pan for some reason). My sister makes Kale Chips with it, they aren't great but they're super simple to make, so might want to give it a try.
