He's physically active or you're different heights or you underestimate how much you actually eat like most people who don't do careful calculations instead of estimating.

Your genes might determine how easily you put on muscle mass but you will lose weight if you eat less, it's not magic.

Two things: he ate more to get to the weight he is, undoubtedly. Eating the same amount now may just be maintaining his weight. The other possibility is that you burn more calories in a day than he does.

It's one of the other. People don't just magically get fat and stay fat. It's physically impossible to burn more calories than you take in and not lose weight.

Cholesterol isn't terrible for you, it's essential to living, and the majority of it is produced by your own body. It's the form of cholesterol in the bloodstream that matters, which is why you hear about "good" and "bad" cholesterol, but there isn't a simple link between your diet and your blood cholesterol. Most people simply produce less when their intake goes up, and for those that don't, eggs are pretty much neutral in terms of their effect on your blood cholesterol.

That's fine to blame genetics on having a lower TDEE (assuming you're accurately comparing your diets and activity, which studies have shown fat people tend to conceptualize poorly). Genetics accounts for up to 40% of TDEE variance among a population. But the fact is, you will lose weight if you eat even less than you do now. What do you think your body does if it doesn't have enough energy? It has to come from somewhere.

So bitch and moan about your luck but at least it's physically possible to lose fat. It's simple but not easy.

It isn't you retard. If fat turned into heat you'd be a walking bomb. The human body isn't a bomb calorimeter and doesnt operate on your 8th grade understanding of thermodynamic principles. Yes that scientist in the 1950s was right that it takes 3500 calories of heat to directly burn a pound of fat in his lab, but its retarded to blindly assume that directly applies to the human body when no lab study ever confirmed that in humans. Lab studies in actual humans shows the human body needs to perform 7000 calories of work to break down a pound of fat into water and carbon dioxide, and even that metabolic process is limited by several factors such as gas exchange rates, enzyme production, and yes, several genetic factors.

Caffeine is bad for your heart if you ingest LARGE amounts of it. An amount that any regular joe would tell you is too much. Think of your typical construction bro who drinks 4–5 Monster tall cans in a shift, that's not very healthy (not even considering the sugar in there). You'll get shakes, jitters, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, but that's just the physical side effects of caffeine overdose. There are psychological effects too: irritability, anxiety, insomnia. I'd say that shit is not healthy.

Now, if you drink a cup once in the morning, and occasionally a second in the beginning of the afternoon, I see absolutely no health problems associated with that.

You are a based anon. Also, elevated blood sugar levels have a significant impact on water retention, causing the body to retain much more water, thus leading to weight gain. Water has no calories, but is pretty fucking massive compared to fat.

>>12482864
Have you considered that your basic metabolism rate might be lower than his, even with the additional amount of work you do every day? Also, if both your caloric intake and usage rates are the same, but you started as a fatty, you'll always remain a fatty. You need to ramp up your usage or lower your consumption in order to lose weight. Or if you have water retention, you need to get rid of that shit.

You know, you're kind of a fucking dumbass.
While I agree that eggs aren't unhealthy, and carbs aren't poison, and coffee itself isn't dangerous to drink, and milk is fucking delicious, some of your other points are just stupid.
Caffeine is dangerous in large amounts. There's absolutely ample proof of that. Milk does contain estrogen, but not in any amount that you should worry about. And while sugar isn't directly "poison", it does a lot of damage to your body in large quantities and it is addictive. Ample proof of that as well.
So, you're only partially entitled to be outraged.

My BMI is 21. Try harder.

>(someone isn't) fat because they’re holding water, they're fat because they’re inhaling 5 big macs a day
why not both? can you conceive of a reality where caloric intake is one of a few factors of weight gain?

>>12482864 says that he eats the same amount of food as his brother does. Maybe he drinks double the amount and does not pee it all? Surely I'd say that variance in how many calories he eats and the type (sugar vs. fuller meals) has much to do, but if we take him at face value, then water retention can be a significant factor.

Your quixotic rants just demonstrate how much of a fool you are.
