I occasionally buy some of that sparkling lemonade if it counts, other than that, every blue moon I might drink a coca cola cause the taste is nostalgic

I love a Saturday morning coffee but I weaned myself off drinking it daily in college when I noticed I got awful headaches if I didn't drink it

I used to drink a pot a day. Just crap brown water.
Learned to enjoy a good quality coffee. Just 1 or 2 cups a day are enough. No headaches even if I miss out couples of day.

Maybe I'm just not prone to it, but I've never understood caffeine 'addiction'. I've never had the desire to drink more than one or two cups in a day, and when I miss a day I typically don't even notice. Grinding and brewing a morning cup in my moka pot and slowly sipping as I begin my morning routine is just a super comfy habit I've grown to love.
