I started pressing my grilled cheeses after this video came out (in April) and they come out a lot nicer now, a lot more browned and crispy.
I feel bad because this guy makes decent videos and now he's the latest thing for /ck/ to spam threads about and fill with pictures of ugly men screaming.

The original sandwich is cool and the narrator isn't bad at this point. But then he completely fucks it up in his version. First, he weight is incidental, you can see the thing isn't that heavy and the cook just presses down on it. So using brick wrapped in foil is retarded. Second, since he skips the important part of using a dome, the cheese isn't fully melted in the middle, in spite of being over-cooked on the outside.

Seems like the guy is a good reporter but a retard at actual cooking.
