I think what it actually says is "can you raise our kids for us we aren't very good at it". It's just laziness on the side of education/raising practices to palm it off onto retailers; if there was better investment in education/youth this sort of shit wouldn't be necessary. I stopped drinking energy drinks when this came into place because I couldn't be bothered to carry my passport (my only form of ID) around, actually feel a lot better for it. Had an energy drink semi-recently and it tasted awful and gave me heart palpitations. Couldn't even finish the can.
