My daily one meal a day for about a week now, aiming for keto to help cut
>2 cups broccoli slaw
>1-2 eggs over easy
i like to break the egg over the slaw instead of using dressing
>some avocado slices with dill over the eggs
>a solid handful of beef, with dill, 1 egg, black pepper and chili flakes
>1 tablespoon of thai chili sauce while cooking the beef
eggs and beef are panfried together with extra virgin olive oil.
I figure this reaches my protien and fat goals while cutting carbs, sugar n salt
