Depends on how stable you want your mixing to be
No matter what you have to awkwardly hold the drill over the bowl and because you aren't drilling into anything stable, the contents of the bowl could go everywhere if you aren't holding it correctly
Otherwise, you're holding it at an angle so the contents just go everywhere anyway

You're better off mixing by hand, which you should have the arm strength to do anyway

Working at taco bell in 1987, this is exactly what we did to make the refried beans.
The drill was not cordless, just a cheap black and decker plug in drill, with like a 3 foot long bean whipping bit.
We would search the 50 pound sack of beans for sticks and stones, dump into giant pressure cooker, at the water and pre-measured spice packet, fasten the lid bolts, and cook for the set amount of time.
Next was the step we called "drill the beans" which was exactly like it sounds. This was usually done just before opening time, because the sound of the drill would definitely scare the customers.
Not sure if its still done this way today, but yeah. Drills have been used for ages are cooking mixers.
I'm guessing something safer is in use today, because of litigious lawsuit happy Jews. If you lifted the drill a bit too high, it would fling lava hot beans everywhere.
