Whats the appeal?
Much like food trucks, I would prefer a place that is solidly built and has basic amenities like a bathroom and kitchen sanitation.
If you like to eat outside covered in flies, breathing dust, and getting sunburn in hot, humid weather, then go for it dude. I fail to see the charm in this.
Its also extremely unlikely a shithole like this would use quality ingredients, or any degree of skill in cooking.
Explain the benefits?

Mmmm well they make “Spanish dogs” which are basically coney dogs but it’s at bummies in my hometown. Place is pretty good. I always get pizza burgers (white cheese mix inside patty)
