What meal was it, and why did you make it at the time?

Oh, I can win this one.
I made tacos two nights prior, but was lacking in tortillas and so had a bunch of almost everything else left over. I also wanted to get it out of the fridge as soon as possible. As such, I thought it would be a good idea to simply mix every leftover together into a big pot, heat it up, and make a sort of Mexican stew with it. I didn't pay any attention at the time to the fact that the ratio between ingredients was horribly off. I had a little bit of beef, some beans, a whole lot of lettuce, and a whole lot of cheese.
As soon as I actually started heating the pot and stirring I realized this probably wasn't going to turn out well, but I kept going anyway because at that point I'd already started and I had no choice. It ended up making a great deal more food than I was expecting, and it was mostly just lettuce and shitty melted cheese together with just enough beef and beans to make it gross instead of any good. I managed to get half of it down before tossing the rest.

sometimes if i'm hungry but have no food prepared and don't want to cook i mix flour and mlik and oil and sugar and maybe some other stuff to make like a cookie dough type thing i eat with a spoon
