I hate McDonald's, but, BUT, when I'm forced to eat there (like when traveling or with other people), the only two good items on the menu are the Fillet O Fish, and the McMuffin. Everything else can fuck off.

Why are you "forced" to eat there? Every McDonald's I've been to is in close proximity to shopping centers or other types of restaurants. Just tell them you'll catch up with them later, you're going somewhere else. That's what I do with the dumbfucks I'm with insist on eating at Denny's.
