If you think hb eggs taste like shit you probably won't like them in anything. I usually just eat them with a bit of salt. You can also marinate them in soy or buffalo sauce. Best way it to take a bunch, mash them up, add a bit of mayo, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, dill and whatever other spices you like and just make egg salad.
