Drink creek water. The natural microbes will counteract the damage of all the artificial chemicals in your system from the Monster.

You need to slowly increase your monster intake over time to increase your tolerance. Then cut back to just 6 a day and you'll be set.

I used to drink three a day for a few years. I recently cut it down to two a day. Aiming for one a day, then the occasional energy drink

Stop drinking them. Your doctor may not have explained this to you, but that damage is permanent. Your heart will not return to a healthy state. You have permanently injured your heart for no real benefit. You lived just fine without energy drinks. You’ll feel sluggish for a few days but you’ll get better. Try coffee if you need a pick me up tho. Good luck with your heart tho I hope you take care of it!

Die.

>> No.12406478

Well, obviously you need to not drink energy drinks any more so you can go ahead and give away or toss out any you have left.

Next, you need to follow your doctor's orders as far as diet and exercise goes that he thinks you will be able to handle.

You need to be gentle with yourself. Your poor heart has been damaged and in order to get it back to normal, you've gotta give it time to heal. Good luck, OP.

D-ribose is the only thing that I was finding which was listed stimulating heart tissue repairs. It's a B3, the complex (other compounds being niacinamide and niacin) that produces NAD, which was evidenced returning cellular youth.

Further options are …
>lots of protein (casein and whey)
>all vitamins and minerals
>omega 3s (flaxseed oil)
>antioxidants Sangre de Grado and astaxanthin
>L-DOPA and 5-HTP

PS: Some posts were made suggesting 5-HTP has associations with heart diagnoses, but that's seemingly still conjectural (and rarely even mentioned amongst the keywords). Furthermore, the controls for full nutrition (in most scholarly articles on diets / physiology) are minimalistic, if any. It's plausible that serotonin abundance is signalling for something that is food-based.

… But the reasoning behind taking things beyond basic nutrients is that the receptors are available; and stimulating them is where benefits are, often.
