lucky you. Those are quite prized fruit. Just go around the middle with a knife and peel te red skin off to reveal the inner white fruit. It's very tasty and sweet

guess you could sear them and make a salad, for example with pomelo+lotusseed+beefjerky and a spicy beansauce.
