Tuna salad, turkey, soups made with bitter greens, and popcorn are all really great low calorie foods on a diet. Make sure to feed yourself at least a healthy amount anon, lots of veggies.

pickles, shirataki noodles if you can splurge on them, sugar-free gum, (find something you like and can chew for hours to negate calories) broth, make a sno-cone with shaved ice and diet soda or sugar-free syrup as a treat

personally I've found eating 0 cal foods can just make me more hungry & lead to binging, so I try to just fill up on 0 calorie liquids. coffee or tea with 0 calorie sweeteners or diet soda to suppress appetite, lots of warm water to make you feel full. nicotine for dessert.

A few anons have already said but warm drinks are great for keeping you full. shiritaki noodles, a bit expensive but great and low cal. celery, spinach, tea, coffee, egg whites, bell pepper, tomato, lettuce, cabbage, sauerkraut, pickles, smoothies of water/almond or cashew milk and a couple strawberries + a lot of ice, soup, broccoli/cauliflower, salt, metamusil, hot chocolate (water/almond or cashew milk and unsweetened cocoa powder), green beans, sugar free gum, carrots, and mushrooms are all things you can eat enough of for 0-50 calories.
Also 8oz of cold water burns about 8 Calories, but hot water makes you feel more full.

Konjac glucomannan. One spoon in a half liter sugar-free drink will give you thick zero calorie jelly. I recommend using syrups (sugar free ofc) and adding a bit more because the jelly neutralizes a good deal of flavor.

Don't add too much or it will continue to swell in your stomach using whatever liquids are available and then give you the shits.
