I think chewing takes away from the textural experience of the food. If you unironically chew your food for that long I'm pretty sure you don't have taste buds or nerves on your tongue much less a food critic.

i have a wide open molar on the right side of my jaw so i try to avoid that side while eating, i usually put some cotton in there to avoid food pieces, so i chew like 4 or 3 times
