Roast chicken. I put a disgusting frozen chicken from the food shelf on a bed of veggies in the oven at 375 the other day and forgot about it while I took a 4 hour nap. Woke up before burning the house down, and the chicken was still edible. Crispy skin and moist, tender meat.
