For me it's bulimia. My tip is to always have a bottle of mouthwash with you but when in a pinch public restroom handsoap is a good enough substitute.

If you want perfect skin, perfect gut health, perfect energy, and perfect endurance.
This is what I eat freely.

>Butter
>Free range chicken eggs
>Chicken (whole thing)
>Greek yogurt )10%)
>Cheese (real)
>milk (3.5%)
>Beef, goat meat
>Beef liver (super tasty and ultra nutrient dense)
>Fish

But I also enjoy these, but not too often or plenty
>Local fruits ( important to be free of pesticides if can, a single fruit or two per day )
>Bread ( Just a slice per day )
>Chocolate, ( once every other day )
>Coffee, ( basically it's a seed, and seeds are bad for you )

Rarely I eat these foods because they are not food, they just taste good but offer nothing to your body.
>Pasta ( It's just bread )
>Vegetables (I don't have the cows' digestive system, also most plants are filled with oxalates and phytates, which are super bad )
>Nuts and Seeds (also filled with antinutrients, and they have phytostelols, which I have no use for )
>Processed shit, (Macdonalds, Super market food, filled with chemicals, no thanks, If I wanted to die, I'd just jump off a cliff)

Seriously, this is not a joke. I have tried many other diets, and with this one, I have the best energy, I bike 20km per day, light exercise at home, walking 4km+, am focused when working, I am at perfect weight, without worrying too much NOT FUCKING HUNGRY ALL THE FUCKING TIME.
( I used to eat carbs, but I was hungry all the time, Just don't eat carbs, adopt a high fat diet, you will not regret it.)

Also I am combining this with IF, Flexible 18:6 works the best for me, I can go out every once in a while and drink alcohol or eat junk, no deal.

Also I go for number 2 once a day, like clock, and it is PERFECT. Go to the toilet, release the bomb, wipe/wash( no mess ) and done. 2 minutes to take a shit tops

Am doing this for 2 years, fuck carbs, vegetables and sugars, I used to suffer mentally and physically, FUCK. THIS. SHIT. I got a little mad, because whenever I see a retard promote shit diets I get upset.

Sourcing that is basically irrelevant. The likelihood of proper nutriments – even vitamins, minerals, and omega 3s; but especially pyruvate and vitamin C – is so low yet so simple …

"Even more" is ordinary nutrient availability – though even dietary cholesterol because of how complex production of it is, and its usage for steroids.

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/7096307_Ketogenic_low-carbohydrate_diets_have_no_metabolic_advantage_over_nonketogenic_low-carbohydrate_diets
>Ketogenic low-carbohydrate diets have no metabolic advantage over nonketogenic low-carbohydrate diets
>KLC and NLC diets were equally effective in reducing body weight and insulin resistance, but the KLC diet was associated with several adverse metabolic and emotional effects. The use of ketogenic diets for weight loss is not warranted.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27385608
>Energy expenditure and body composition changes after an isocaloric ketogenic diet in overweight and obese men.
>The carbohydrate-insulin model of obesity posits that habitual consumption of a high-carbohydrate diet sequesters fat within adipose tissue because of hyperinsulinemia and results in adaptive suppression of energy expenditure (EE). Therefore, isocaloric exchange of dietary carbohydrate for fat is predicted to result in increased EE, increased fat oxidation, and loss of body fat. In contrast, a more conventional view that "a calorie is a calorie" predicts that isocaloric variations in dietary carbohydrate and fat will have no physiologically important effects on EE or body fat.
>CONCLUSION: The isocaloric KD was not accompanied by increased body fat loss but was associated with relatively small increases in EE that were near the limits of detection with the use of state-of-the-art technology.

>literally a Wikipedia and blog article
A). Wikipedia has sources.
B). That specific image is simply of negative and positive feedbacks for GH, which obviously requires specific points for even properly critiquing.

The other image is examine.com, which has plenty of "authority".

Bringing that up, the greentexts of your articles are what I'm focusing on here, because reading a bunch of scholarly articles, on diets, which are plausibly under-controlled for nutrition, is way beyond the objectively proper realm of my standards.

>Reduced-calorie diets result in clinically meaningful weight loss regardless of which macronutrients they emphasize.
So it's irrelevant to the subtopic.

>associated with …
"Inflammatory risk" promotes the criticism that nutriments were mediocre (here, antioxidants).
>Ketogenic low-carbohydrate diets have no metabolic advantage over nonketogenic low-carbohydrate diets

A). The following is getting into semantics, but "metabolic advantage" is proven in "optimizing calories to benefits" (e.g., protein is the second most abundant item in the body, next to water; and even height is most correlating to intakes).
B). So, the association between protein:carbs and testosterone is on the original claiming; but here's mine:

https://jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1550-2783-11-S1-P40
>Lean body mass increased to a greater extent in the VLCKD (4.3 ± 1.7 kgs ) as compared to the traditional group (2.2 kg ± 1.7).
>4.62 lbs.
>Ultrasound determined muscle mass increased to a greater extent in the VLCKD group (0.4 ± 0.25 cm) as compared to the traditional western group (0.19 ± 0.26 cm).
>2.1x MM
>Finally fat mass decreased to a greater extent in the VLCKD group (-2.2 kg ± 1.2 kg) as compared to the (- 1.5 ± 1.6 kg).
>1.5x FL

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4271636/
>Total testosterone increased significantly in the VLCKD diet (118 ng/dl) as compared to the western (-36 ng/dl)

Those "keto" studies werent ketogenic, also why does keto anger you so much? you must be a vegan as they are the only ones ideologically invested in shilling against ketogenic diets.

>> No.12366184

Whether or not a particular macronutirent ratio is considered "healthy" for someone is based on their amount and type of physical activity, eating frequency, health goals and probably a dozen other factors. Anons claiming high carb or low carb or high fat low fat diets are inherently unhealthy with out any context of the individual consuming the food are fucking retarded.
