My family goes through milk pretty quickly, so we try to make sure to have 1 gallon + an extra just to make sure not to run out.
Well last time we went to the store, no one could remember how much milk we had left at home.
Pictured is 3 entire gallons of milk, unopened. Does anyone happen to know of any recipes which require large amounts of milk?

Paneer is pretty easy to make, and has a much longer shelf life than milk. You can also make quark or yoghurt, but that can be a little trickier.

You can freeze milk.
I don't know how frozen milk is for drinking but it's perfectly fine for cooking and baking.
