The mass-ground 80/20 ground beef I buy on sale is better than both.
Even when I throw it in a greasy pan just to feed my kids after a long day, it's still better than either one of these products.
You can definitely taste the synthetic, hard to describe, it's almost an aromatic chemical quality like industrial spirits or ethers in it.
Worse than plastic, really.

One of the key things about organic food is that the pesticides they use on the food cannot stay on the food or have to degrade before the customers eat them

So more than likely, vegans eat way less pesticides than the average person
