I'm so hungry right now /ck/ it's 4:45am but i'm also fat and i know hungry is just the fat saying goodbye but I don't knwo if I can do this plus the only thing i have in the fridge is butter i mean I have pantry stuff like flour so i can make some butter biscuits but i'm so hungry I can just take a big bite of butter at this point

I visit /ck/ and eat with my eyes. For days I think about what is the meal that deserves having me eating it. Believe me, no food is worth having twice when you wait days to have one meal. They all become unworthy of my meal day. It's an abstract feeling

I used to have this before I realized that I just needed my mouth to be doing something at all times. So I went onto chewing gum and straws and drinking tea. It let me only eat when my stomach was rumbling.

Im so starving and irritable, my sister and brother whipped up something for themselves and basically forgot about me. They didnt do it on purpose i know but goddamn come on i didnt eat all day. Other pro tip if you're a bug guy. Walk a few kilometers a day if you have the time. It can eat up hundreds of calories.
