my diet it a crap shoot but i am very active. i eat one meal a day that might be a slice of pizza or an egg sandwich sometimes with a snack or two spread out only drink water and coffee . ive lost about 90 pounds

I eat the same few meals every day. I have a narrow rotation of lunches and dinners, I tend to stick with one 'menu' for months at a time because its easy. I love cooking and perfecting my recipies.

Breakfast is porrige with PB and some chocolate chips stirred in.

Lunch is usually turkey steak with broccoli and red split curried lentils or boiled new potatoes

Dinner is coconut curry (onion, ginger, garlic, corriander, banana chillies, squash, pork or turkey steak, rendang paste and coconut milk) with brown rice

Idk I feel it isn't that unhealthy, I just make sure to get enough protein and fibre. Drink only water, wine on weekends.

Could be better but I didnt practice my mother sauces to just turn around and eat steamed vegetables and boiled chicken. At the very least make most of it from scratch
