that is just strawberries hollowed out .filled with cream cheese mixed with sugar , vanilla
the topping is crumb cake topping baked until done in a dish then the berries are dipped
recipe if you need it .
one package cream cheese :
one cup sugar :
one table spoon vanilla extract:
mix until creamy...…
crumb topping :
12 tablespoons unsalted butter
⅔ cup sugar (brown or white or a combination)
1 cup all-purpose flour
mix until clumpy DO NOT OVER MIX !!!
dump onto cookie sheet bake at 350 until done about 15 minutes or so.
then break up for dipping
or you just use graham cracker crumbs..

or you could just google stuffed strawberries
