Ok, between getting fish fresh enough that you can eat it raw without tasting the spoilage, the cuts that are thin enough that you can spot if there are any worms, the flavor profiles of any added veggies, the sticky rices in wraps, cut with precision, and the overall layout, if you think that you're getting your mom's hard-boiled egg, you should just carry a blender and drink all your food.
