There is literally LITERALLY nothing wrong with using a fork and knife when eating pizza, hamburgers, burritos, ect.

My favorite authentic Italian pizza place serves their pizza unsliced, unless requested otherwise. It's just like the OP pic. It's meant to be eaten with a knife and fork. I start in the middle and work my way to the outer crust. I also eat frozen burritos with a knife and fork. That way, you can smother them in sour cream and/or salsa. Sandwiches (including burgers) are meant to be eaten with your hands, though. That's where I draw the line. If the sandwich is too messy to be eaten with your hands, it's a badly-made sandwich. Open-faced sandwiches get a pass because they're not true sandwiches.
