That's one of the best brands on the market. They cost more, all of their products, because they are actually prepared in a way that keeps the oils and fats in the can. Starkist and other cheap brands do not. Cheaper brands steam all the meat from the bones in a big slurry and then can it and reflavor it with soy oil. They sell the rancid fats seperate.

I just tried these recently. The box said to eat them straight out of the can. That's exactly what I did. Holy moly, they're amazing. Best plain sardines I've ever had. I've never had King Oscar, though.
