Honestly:

1. Funky Mexican. The kind of Mexican that’s sometimes too Mexican for Mexicans. Right now I have a place in a food truck at a gas station that has that spicy jalapeno carnitas action with that pickled habanero red onion action with that chipotle cream orange sauce action, small side of menudo. However this is just my jam right now, these things come and go, everything good comes to an end, and from every end a new beginning.

2. Japanese comfort food. Rice balls, sashimi, toro, fresh Hokkaido uni, oden, beef carpaccio, Japanese style galbi skewers, miso pork intestine, chicken cartilage karaage, that japanese beef omelette thing, just really the comfort factor in a skilled Japanese staff cooking their own comfort foods, obviously with some additions.

3. Taiwanese. The Chinese aren’t really “people”, as they killed off most of the smart ones and left their basic Asian Chinese niggers to breed and to fuck up running things, as they are happily doing right now. The Taiwanese had a similar to French thing going on where they made the best of a bad situation, and where this paid off outside benefits. Taiwan food is fucking incredible.

Really any American-made food (as all of the above are) are just as appreciated, but right now for me, these make me make the Wiens face.
