it starts out as a normal cooking show with cooking cakes or whatever people do but a few episodes in, the host goes to the freezer and screams and pulls out a human finger or a foot or something, then the cops come knocking on their door while they are holdling this severed foot, and it basically turns into "the fugitive"

like if they are cooking chicken in a pan, they don't turn the stove on. they make sizzling noises with their mouth. and if they are supposed to use the blender, they just make blender noises.

everything else is the exact same. and at the end of the episode, they eat the food.

i always wanted to see a cooking show that was done from the food's perspective. maybe it is filmed while they are making a different regular cooking show, but for this one there's no intro or anything, they just show a carrot in the fridge and then it is getting hacked to bits while a lady with a lot of make up explains some things to a different camera, and then she boils it alive. insert a bunch of screaming sounds and maybe some somber music toward the end with a serious voiceover, and some pictures of the carrot with its family.

I make simple, traditional dishes often with different twists or out-and-out fusion dishes using local ingredients that are in season. I smoke fat blunts the whole video and don't really talk about it. I film the episodes in states where recreational cannabis is legal so I can't get in trouble.

genuinely attempt to address the issues the most useless cooks have when theyre starting out. so many cooking shows just assume a level of adeptness and ignore or just refuse to acknowledge common mistakes.
for example, they always say to get the pan ripping hot for searing a steak, but i always used to burn the outside, and the butter basting wouldnt work because the butter would brown and start to burn basically immediately. turns out "ripping hot" only means "pretty hot".
