I like to suck on eggs and swallow them whole fresh from the hen's cloaca. It took weeks for my throat muscles and esophagus to stretch, heal and allow the eggs to slide all the way to my stomach. Nothing else on this earth comes close to the ecstasy that I feel when a warm, sticky egg falls into my mouth while I lay under the coop with my lips pressed firmly around her cloaca. The only problem is when they fall backwards so that the bottom goes down first and they sometimes break. I've coughed up my fair share of egg shells, chicken embryos, blood, egg whites and yolk but the sheer euphoria the sensation gives me is more than worth it.
When our hens stop laying I resort to putting store bought eggs in an incubator until they are just right and coating them in a mix I perfected myself that closely mimics the real juices secreted with the eggs. 1 tsp gelatin mix, 4 egg whites, and 1 tsp water. Mix until thoroughly dissolved, refrigerate for 4 hours, mix again and let it warm up in the incubator with the eggs. It's pretty close to the real thing.
