It's fucking delicious, just like pretty much any other type of pizza in the US. I like the buttery flavor of the crust. You really have to be choosy with the toppings, though, because if you pick heavy toppings, you're going to want to die after you eat the first piece. Also, it's a once or twice a year thing. NO ONE should eat it regularly.

This, Chicago thin crust is all of the best parts of deep dish without the extra 15 lbs cheese. Not saying it’s inherently bad, but once or twice a year does it for deep dish, particularly when it first starts getting really cold, and then when it’s been at its coldest for months and months.
