I live in jersey, so by defaul 99 percent of jersey pizza is this style. go to is open till 1am joint, pizza town in elmwood park. leopoard spots, crispy crust non floppy (crispyness as if you ordered ur pizza well done , but the cheese remains completly soft on top and not burn orange), very herby with an almost hot garlic vibe sauce thats slightly sweet (from tomato not sugar)

the darn thing has crisp that gives into a chew with an almost marinara level of flavor of sauce and really good cheese. sheesh its good
