Iced tea mixed with bourbon and sprite. A lot of bourbon.

Trying to cut back on the sips so I've been drinking some nice kratom tea. It's almost as bitter as African medicinal tea, but holy hell does it work, and is way more fun.

What kind are you taking? There's so many different cultivars.

I mean; white is really mild, red has more of a variety of different chemicals at stronger strength like it's a strong long island iced tea, then horned leaf has an INSANE level of alkaloids like it's just for getting fucked rather than medicinal use. Drinking very small amounts of white probably won't do it.

How much are you taking at one time? It takes about 7g of Red Bali to get me kicking, and on an empty stomach. Some people are pretty resistant. I mean I'm relaxed as hell and don't feel like drinking and don't withdrawal from alcohol on 3g, but 7g of kratom will have my depressed ass cleaning the bathroom, rearranging the apartment, cleaning the ovens-drip trays, and seeing if any of my friends are free to talk for a while.

Any before any idiot thinks we're talking about some illegal drug, this stuff is just some Indonesian tea that's been available here for years. Two coworkers used to chew it...

Yeah a tsp is just over 2g. So you're dosing ~2-6.

I'd just stay at where you're at and switch to a stronger strain if you want something different. Or eventually you should switch anyways as supposedly grow tolerant. Just treat it like the best damned herbal tea ever, which actually it is. Or, evergreen leaf.
