I covered some chicken in pecorino, flour and spices. For how long will it be good to bake? Did I prolonged or shorted the edible span of my chicken applying this breading?

I'd panfry is in a bit of olive oil personally, so it gets crispier
But you can bake it at 350-375 for prolly 25-40 minutes depending on the size and baking dish, or panfry, then bake for 10-20 minutes

If the picture is what OP made then it's really thin and won't need more than 5-10 minutes

Thanks to both, I am going to bake it to avoid extra calories from oil. What I wanted to know was how long is the chicken safe to eat at this point
