reminds me of a time I was trying to make some ultra precise recipe (macaroons I think) and I didn't have a 1/8 teaspoon, so i galaxy-brained it and used the digital gram scale I had to measure out the weight of 1/4, deduct the weight of the spoon itself and painstakingly measure out half of that.

This is extremely basic chemistry, and the fact that you couldn’t weigh the ingredient without the spoon makes you seriously small brained.

You could’ve just as easily put a small bowl/cup on the scale, put the 1/4 teaspoon into it, and then removed half. If the ingredients were dry (which I’m assuming they weren’t from the need of using the fucking spoon) then you are on a whole other level of retardation.

I screen shot the triple decker pizza hut recipe on the front page (couldn't even copy/paste) and will never check out the site again

the triple decker was two very thin crusts with cheese in between
the top dough had a small circle cut out of the center, crimp the edges with a little water
the cheeses are in the first pic, the 1.5 cups of mozz when on top while the rest where mixed and in between the crusts
it was the best pizza they ever made
